Since 2017, the BDF Commissions (Durable Buildings of Ile-de-France), organized by Ekopolis, have been bringing together urban development stakeholders around the analysis of exemplary projects. Free and open to everyone, they allow participants to discover and evaluate construction or rehabilitation projects at various stages of development (design, construction, usage).
Project presented: Rehabilitation of the Municipal Conservatory of Saint-Denis (93)
The rehabilitation of the Saint-Denis Conservatory aims to expand the spaces dedicated to the various activities, bring the building up to code, and enhance its thermal performance, while preserving the typical architectural style of the 1930s. This Commission will provide the opportunity to review the ongoing construction, focusing in particular on the strong ambitions set at the design phase: material frugality and reuse, adaptable spaces, and attention to summer comfort.
Meet them on the Renotalks stage on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
